Open current file in binary mode

Allow the currently open file to be re-opened in binary mode.

Extend to allow an extra view of the file in binary mode, so the text mode can be edited with the binary view in another tab being updated to match.

And vice-versa please, so that when TextPad opened a file in binary view just because its filename extension was .jpg, although its content was still ASCII text. However, for me a simple toggle button is enough.
