v9.3.1 - possible defect...the order of Macro Keystrokes

Windows-11, TPv9.3.1 installed, also TPv4.7 installed.

Possible defect: Re-ordering macros does NOT bring the keyboard shortcut with the new order of the macro.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Have two or more custom-made macros WITH keyboard-shortcuts -- here using macro1:ctrl-y and macro2:ctrl-shift-n to demonstrate.
2. Open Preferences>Macros
3. Move macro1 DOWN and save changes <APPLY> <OK>.
4. From Main-menu, select Macros
5. This is the defect: Observe the macro-name(s) have the wrong keyboard-shortcut
