Shortcuts with Alt key (TP 9.x) enter window menu

Hello,
Shortcut using Alt key combined with another modifier key is triggering the menu.
For example, I assigned the command EditDupLine to Ctrl-Alt-D, the command is working correctly but the menu is opened after the shortcut.

Notes:

• This is no longer systematic since I deleted and reassigned the shortcut.
• Alt key alone without another modifier key is not triggering the menu.
• The list of the shortcuts (Configure / Preferences / Keybord / List) is missing plenty of the shortcut in the list.

PS Adding an EditDupSelection will be great

Just to be sure: the menu is entered, just like pressing Alt alone, right? It is not "opened", like Alt+F would display all items of the "File" menu item and highlight its first child item, right? In your screenshot the window menu is merely entered, getting the focus.

I'm using version 9.3.1 and still no correction for this issue.

I can't reproduce it with Ctrl+Alt+D. Pressing and releasing the Alt key on its own moves the focus to "File" on the menu, as expected.
