When I try to open a file in TestPad 9.2.3 something strange happens: When I scroll down with the vertical scroll bar on the right side of the screen, the program jumps to the top automatically. So I can't select the file I want to open.
Even stranger is that sometimes this happens and sometimes not...

Which view do you have: icons, list or details?
How many files are in the folder?
Is it on a local or network filesystem?
Could the problem arise when you start scrolling while it is still adding files to the list?
You may be able to work around this by setting "Use the standard file open dialog box" on Configure » Preferences » File.
