I have two Windows 10 PCs. Set up "the same". (Ha.)
Both running Textpad 8.1.2 (64 bit)
File/ Page setup on one shows margin in millimeters. The other uses inches.
How can I change one to match the other?? Silly question, but I spent half an hour at Google and searching this forum before starting new topic.

Ben- you are a star!
I had wandered forlornly around the wretched Windows settings. Not long enough. Eventually found it....
Windows Settings
Then either search on "measure", or go down...
Time & Language
Region
(scroll down)... Additional date, time
... ARGH!!!... the two "same" machines don't behave the same here.
Just keep pressing on. You may be taken via Control Panel, you may get into the right "Customise format" dialog directly... the one with "Numbers", Currency, Time, and Date tabs (today, 8 Nov 19. No doubt by the time you try to use it, bloody Redmond will have changed it all AGAIN. Anyway... back to story...)
On the "Numbers" tab of Customise Format there are many things you can set, starting with Decimal Symbol, No. of Digits. At the bottom of that, there's "Measurement System". Set that to "Metric" for mm, "US" for inches.
The one bit of good news: Once you have done that, you don't need to reboot everything. All was well as soon as I (only) closed the open-from-before Textpad File/Page Setup dialog and re-opened it.
Sigh. Thank you again, Ben.
