First time - EVER!

I've must have been using TextPad for at least 15 years. Today, for the first time ever - it crashed! TextPad 8.0.2, Windows 10. Selected "Open with TextPad" from Windows Explorer file right-click menu, and the program locked: no error messages, won't accept any form of input, using ~55% CPU time. Right-clicking on its icon in the taskbar allowed me to close it, even saving modified files.

Thank you for producing such a reliable program that it only locks up once in 15 years, and even then recovers gracefully. I wish other software was that stable!

I have never seen it crash. Keep in mind that there is other software on the computer, so it could have been more of a collective issue.
