TP8 "replace notepad" selection is continually rem

Guess the title says it all. This is a new install of TP 8.0.2 32bit on a new Windows 7 SP1 Pro, but the XML etc. files were from TP7. These files were used in TP8.0.1 and there was no problem.

This issue remains but it seems that Windows updates are the cause of the problem. Is there anything I can do about it?

[RESOLVED]

"TP8 'replace notepad' selection is continually removed" was suppose to be the title of this post. In any case this issues is now resolved. My virus scanner deemed this registry entry as potentially dangerous.
