I experience that the command line options "-k" and "-f" do not seem to work properly in TextPad 7.6 and 8.0 when using absolute path names.
For 7.6, "-k" is working ok. For 8.0, "-k" does not use the given folder but creates a subfolder tree "Helios/TextPad" within. I.e. with the parameter "-k c:\somewhere", the license file will be C:\somewhere\helios\textpad\TextPadPKE.xml" instead of "c:\somewhere\TextPadPKE.xml".
When the parameter "-f" is given with an absolute path name ("-f c:\somewhere"), the configuration is stored in the "samples" subdirectory of the TextPad program folder instead of the specified path. With a relative path name given, the "-f" parameter works properly.
Both bugs apply to both 32 and 64 bit edition.

I can confirm that with version 8.0.1, both options are working properly again.
There is only one small problem left: When *writing* the license file TextPadPKE.xml, it is still being written to a "helios\textpad" subdirectory within the specified license path. However, it is being *read* from the license path directly. This just fyi.
