Macros - Command Cancelled!

Hi.

I've tried more than 3 three times creating the Macro ended up with Command Cancelled! error. The recorded Macro only work halfway.

Is it a bug or something?

May I know why no answer for this?

I've also e-mailed the support team but no response as well.
