Additional command line parameters

Feature request for future updates of TextPad:

I often open text files that have somehow become Unix files with a non-ANSI encoding, which causes problems with my development tools. It would be very useful to have a command line option to open a file and save it with a specified encoding and text-file type (PC/Unix), all from the command line and without actually opening the file in TextPad.
