"Split Lines" button missing on a new tab?

Post by aimy »

Hi.

Please refer to the image attachment.

This bug has been around for so many years already. It's just that I don't have time to bring it here.

For information, my current setting for Word Wrap is on.

The issue is that whenever I open a new tab from the current tab which the Word Wrap has been manually turned off, that new tab would not have the Split lines button although it is Word Wrapped.

This is quite annoying.

Can it be fixed?

Thank you.

Which Toolbar are you using?

Which version of TextPad are you using?
(2[Bb]|[^2].|.[^Bb])

That is the question.

I used my own Toolbar, well I mean, I add the button on my own.

I use the latest version 7.3.0

The Menu command is not affected though, although that button is missing now and then.

Thank you.

This behaviour is reproducible with 7.4, so we will fix it for the next upgrade.

Thanks for posting the bug.
