I don't see it online anywhere.

I can't see a link to it, but following the same naming rules as the other downloads it appears to be here: http://www.textpad.com/download/v70/txpeng709.zip

Any way to install 7.0.9 over 7.1.0 without uninstalling 7.1.0?
