Trying to syntax-highlight content of a new document class. Have some ??'s.
My "brackets" start with (~ and end with ~). I added both to my .syn file after "BracketChars". I would like to change text color of content appearing between those symbols. How is that done?
How can syntax colors be edited? For example, properties are green. Also, commented text is green. Can either of those be changed?

If I understand your question correctly:
1. You make (or made) you "bracket" change in a system *.syn file.
2. You now have to open Textpad and make all color changes in the approprite document Class associated with the *.syn file changed in the previous step.
It is really too bad that all changes for a each custom Class are not kept in a single set file.
