seemingly unfixable problem

Alright, I cannot compile. I went to the config->tools->add but there was no option for the java tools. I have JDK installed. Is there something i'm missing?

Forgot, i also uninstalled and reinstalled textpad, restarted my computer, all that stuff.

One possibility is that if you are running a 64 bit operating system, you still need to install the 32 bit version of the JDK, otherwise TextPad won't recognise it.
