Is it possible to use a 'source' file that has what items to replace with what new text and run that file against the file you want the items replaced in?
Example:
Source File
text1;text2
text9; text8
Us that source file to search & replace in another file?
Search and Replace more than one item at once

no, with textpad this is not possible.
