Reverting and Tracking

Hi,
Is there any way to revert my code(.cfm file) in text pad which was last modified before 5 hours?
some one has deleted the code in my organization and is there any way to find last updated???

Pleaseeeee help me out.

This is why source code control systems were invented ...

As far as I know, cfm files are simple text files - thus no history is stored in the file ...
