Can't Install - Error 1402 - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE32

Hi, I have Win 7 Pro 64 bit and am trying to install the latest version (6.1.3). I have admin privelidge and have also tried to "run as administrator" but every time I try to install, I get the error "Error 1402. Could not open key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE32\SOFTWARE\Classes\*\OpenWithList\TextPad.exe. Verify you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel" I have version 5.4.2 already installed and it is working fine, but I cannot upgrade. Any help will be appreciated. Al
