6.1.3 Can I get an up-to-date version of the Help file?

Anyone know where I get an up-to-date version of the Help file?

The Help in in the 6.1.3 download seems to be from an earlier version of the program e.g.

You can't, not until Helios decides to update the help file. I don't think it has been properly updated for about 5 years.
