Bug - cursor does not follow on page up/down (TP 6.1.3)

When I use page up or down screen shifts correct amount of lines but when i then use cursor keys (left right up down home end) it jumps back to the previous screen and moves cursor appropriately.

In short, cursor position does not follow on page up/down.

I have tried on a couple machines with same results.

TP v6.1.3
OS W7 x64 Pro

Do you have Scroll Lock on? If so, turn it off.
