Restriction of User Capabilities doesn't work

Hi All,

I'm trying to restrict User Capabilities through the REGEDIT settings as explained at the Help Menu, but it doesn't work.
Can anybody tell me if these information is up to date?

I just followed the instructions to create the key in the registry

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Helios\TextPad 5\Policy

PS: My vesion of TextPad is 6.1.3 (32 bits) and SO is Windows 7.

The help file is not up to date, but the following key works for version 6:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Helios\TextPad 6\Policy

I tested it on another computer running XP SP3 and it worked there, but on the computer I'm using now, which runs Vista SP2, it doesn't. Sorry, I don't know why. I've got TP 6.1 on both machines. I'll send you a screenshot anyway.
