How to change cursor shape?

I am using Textpad 6.1. In normal insert mode the cursor looks like a rectangular box and in Ovr (overtype) mode it is a vertical line. I think it should be other way (vertical line in insert mode and box in over type mode). How do I change it?

Configure > Preferences > View > Block cursor
