Context Menu is grayed out.

I am running TextPad 5.4 on Win 7 Home Premium 64-bit. I cannot use shortcuts
on the context menu - the preferences option for Context Menu is grayed out.
I searched the forum for this issue, but cannot find it.

Is this a bug, or another "feature" of Windows 7 ? I am rather dependent on
context menu use, and need to find the answer.

Found the answer I needed. Reloaded the program. R.
