Need new buttons for hi res screens

Large icons on a high resolution screen break up and look bad making the whole program look poorly designed. Small icons are too small ... especially for aging eyes.

EDIT: May I also suggest that the "File Close" button show a closed folder rather than the open folder also used for file open with only the direction of the arrow being changed. Again an issue of visibility.
