Save a file with a different name

To "save a file with a different name", by selecting "save as" from the menu system to bring up a "save as" dialog box, works mostly as expected, but there is no FileName box in the dialog presented.

Are you running Windows Vista or Windows 7 by any chance? You might be experiencing the same problem described here.
