Saving View States

For some reason on one of my computers, TextPad does not save the state of the Document Selector, Clip Library and Explorer. I have Explorer turned off, Document Selector and Clip Library turn on but if I quit TextPad and open it late, the Explorer keeps coming back. This is on a 64 bit Windows 7 system and I assume the problem is because TextPad doesn't have permission to write to wherever this state information is stored.

Try right clicking the TextPad icon on the All Programs menu and choose "Run as administrator".
