Double clicking opens file on textpad tiled with other files

I have about 10 files open in TextPad. I select two from the Document Selector window, right click and tile them vertically.
Then I go to Windows Explorer and select some other text file. If I drag and drop the selected file from Explorer window to TextPad window, I see this latest file on top of all other windows as I expected.
But if I doubble click the file in Windows Explorer, this file opens up in
TextPad, but all the windows in TextPad get tiled up. If you have a lot of
windows in TextPad, then each of them get very small and it takes unnecessarily lot of time to search your intended file from this mess.
Would it be possible to do something so that double clicking a file on the
explorer window opens it up in TextPad like it does when we drag and drop the file from explorer window to TextPad window?
