Dual Syntax support

I've been a long time user of textpad and i work with VoiceXML primarily in the past couple years. I found a voicexml syntax type that works well with my .vxml files. However i generate alot of dynamic vxml through .jsp's. Is there a way to have textpad display multiple syntax types. Or is this some custom that I have to do.
