I just added a new Document Class and specified the syntax file. I cannot save the preferences because all four buttons on the Preferences dialog are "dead" - do not respond. The only way I can close the Preferences dialog is to hit the red X, of course, not saving the settings.
After some stumbling around, I noticed that I can save/close the Preferences dialog only by highlighting "General" and then clicking OK (the Document Class and settings were successfully saved). Doesn't seem right to me. Is that a bug?
