Lost Colors in Perl Document Class

Was running a simple Perl script which blew up on me (not enough memory when i attempted to create a large array) and upon going back into Textpad, the Perl class was still there, but the syntax highlighting by color is now gone. I assumed i could simply delete the class and install again, but don't see how to do that. any ideas? thanks
