Unable to UPGRADE TextPad 4.7.3 to txpeng531.exe

When I attempt to UPGRADE, I get a message that I am on a Network.. which I am not.. just a standalone computer. ERROR states "textpad4.7.msi required -- have searched for it, but unable to find.. I do not see it in my Program Folder for TextPad, either.. Kindly tell me how to correct this problem

PS: I am using the free version of Text Pad

Rather than FREE, I meant to say evaluation copy of Text Pad..

I see that several people have viewed my post.. with no responses

Have you tried the lazy route? Uninstall 4.7 and then install 5.3

Also, forums search is a wonderful thing

I went to the first LINK and read about a similar problem.. the final solution (which I am also taking) is to contact: support@textpad.com and ask for them to email a copy of TextPad 5.3.1 so me.. and I will not need the MSI file.
