How to pin txt.tws to task bar in Windows 7

With Windowx XP, I have been placing "text.tws" in Quick Launch bar.
I have been doing it for many years without any problem.

Now, I got a new Dell Windows 7 computer. I tried to pin "text.tws" to task bar (there is no quick launch in Win7). But when pinned, "text.tws" becomes "text.txt". So far, I was not able to pin "Text.tws" to the task bar. Any suggestion would be appreciated. hummer
