"Find" highlighting - I just can't see the results

When I use Search > Find and search for text within a file I really struggle to see the text and the line that TextPad highlights. It highlights the text in black and the line with light yellow dashes. Can I change this highlighting to make it clearer?

Please say I can otherwise I'm going to have to find a different Editor!

Yes, that's got it. Thanks very much. I tried all sorts but obviously not exactly that.
