TP5.2.0 Tool window lines in wrong order

I'm seeing toool output lines in wrong order e.g. here lines #2 and #3 are transposed.

S:\TLIB admin\Tag check>sed -e "s~ canta ~¼~" "1 artist tags.txt" | tr "¼" "\n" | sort -u 1>>"2 artists.txt"
The syntax of the command is incorrect.
S:\TLIB admin\Tag check>echo "Leaked-through cantas": >>

Tool completed with exit code 255

Known bug? Workaround? Fix planned?
