Installation Problem

Hi,

After the textpad installation, i am not able to open. Its giving error, while opening " Textpad encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience"

I ahve tried to reinstall it. But Still having the same issue. If any one know the solution, pls let me know.
