File..Save As saves the search results by default ?

I've had a couple of occasions where I have accidentally over-written C source files with search results; now I understand what's going on:

If the Search Results window was open last time TP was open, and I open a text file by double-clicking on it, I find that the window which is highlighted is not the text file but the Search Results.
This gives rise to my problem - double-click the file and in TP File..Save As is now saving the search text.

So is this some weird setting or a bug ?

(This is Textpad 5.2.0 and Windows XP SP2 and 3.)
