Not showing up in context menu

I recently upgraded to 5.2. But I installed 5.2 on a different drive than 5.0 was on. and afterwards just deleted the 5.0 textpad directory.
I'm not able to change file associations to open with this version of TP. I go to file types and change and click browse and choose the right executable but it doesn't take.
Also I don't see Textpad on the rightclick menu for files. I look at preferences and shortcut in context menu is checked.

I then uninstalled from AddRemovePrograms and reinstalled, still no change.

I'm on XP Pro.
