I am trying to get my default and various document class fonts to "stick".
I have gone through each document class, plus the default, and set what I wanted, but when I then open a file, it has changed back -- usually to Courier 10.
How can I get thsi to stay put onceI set it?
Regards,
Chuck Billow

When working in Classes, follow these guidelines to help make the changes stick:
1. Close all other copies of TextPad.
2. Close all open documents in TextPad, INCLUDING THE DEFAULT BLANK DOCUMENT.
3. Make your changes.
4. Apply and OK your way out of the configurations.
5. Close TextPad.
6. Open TextPad, and confirm that your settings are now OK.
I follow these rules when making any configuration changes, not just those affecting Classes. It may be a few extra steps, but I always have good results.
