Just purchased TextPad and colors are not working. Colors worked fine in 4.x version. Do they need to be enabled in 5.2? Checked Configure > preferences
Uninstalled 5.2 - reinstalled 4.7.3 and it works fine. 5.2 buggy?
Thanks

Talleyrand, thanks for the instructions on how to manually enable highlighting. Your suggestion works for individual files.
I'm using 5.2 and think I should be able to turn highlighting on as a default for all documents of a certain class. However when I go to Configure -> Preferences -> Document Classes -> [class name] -> Syntax, check the "Enable syntax highlighting" box and press the Apply button nothing changes. I've tried this with a document of that class loaded and with no document loaded at all. The result is the same - no highlighting.
Any ideas on how to configure the default syntax highlighting?
Thanks for any help.
