How do I get TextPad to correctly display German umlauts, whether typed directly in TextPad on a German keyboard or present in text files created with other applications? I'm getting Greek characters instead of the German ones in both cases and can't work out what settings to change, and where, to solve the problem.
This is TextPad 5.0.3, if it matters.
Typing/displaying German umlauts?

Unfortunately, it's set to Western already.
Update: Scratch that. Seems there are TWO places where one can set the script, and neither path looks exactly the same in my version of TextPad as what you described. I just found the second one, and the problem is fixed now.
Thank you ever so much!
