File Types

Post by nolanbeatty »

I looked through the topics and couldn't find the answer, so here goes . . .
I understand that wildedit works for TXT, XML, and HTML extensions, but
(1) Would I be correct in assuming it works for CSV extensions? And,
(2) I work on text-like files with an extension called COMPLETED. Woud there be anything special I have to do to get wildedit to edit that type of file?

Thanks

WildEdit works on files containing text.

The file extension does not matter - you can configure for each replacement, for which file names (matching patterns) the replacing will be done.
