TextPad - how to get rid of dashed lines

Post by ELI_HAIT »

Is there a way to get rid of the dashed lines surrounding the current line (the line where the cursor is)?
This dashed lines usually interfere with the underscore character...

Thanx.

1. From the Configure menu choose Preferences
2. + sign next to Document classes
3. + sign next to Default
4. Colors
5. From the "Item menu", click on "Current line"
6. Click on the arrow next to Foreground and select the color White
7. Click Apply/OK

I hope this helps.

It works well when background color is white

In my case the BG color is dark-blue, the font color is yellow and i use VHDL syntax highlighting option.
In this case, when i select the "current line" in colors definition and define the FG color ad dark blue, it still results in black dashed line which interferes with the yellow color of underscore characters...

Maybe that's because

after i define the current line FG color to be the same as BG color (dark blue), clicking the APPLY and DONE, it turns back to white...
