Do these do what you require?
Find what: Debug ("[^"]*>")
Replace with: TraceStart \1

[X] Regular expression

Replace All
and
Find what: Debug ("[^"]*<")
Replace with: TraceEnd \1

[X] Regular expression

Replace All
They assume you are using Posix regular expression syntax:
Configure | Preferences | Editor

[X] Use POSIX regular expression syntax
