MS Access or EXCEL

aaargh.... When I open a text file generated from Access or Excel, the data is not in the correct columns. What am I doing wrong??? Thanks in advance for your help!

You need to create the text file with Tab delimiters. But even then you may need to align some columns depending on the width of the data.
