Can't Email Sales Or Inquiries

Hi,

I tried to email sales@textpad.com from my GMail account but it immediately bounced, as did a second mail to inquiries@gmail.com

If you don't accept GMail, it would suffice to tell me who I can send a private message to from this forum. (I don't want to just post it in the forum.)

Here's the bounce message I got:

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

inquiries@textpad.com

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 554 554 Mail appears to be unsolicited -- send error reports to textpad@gotadsl.co.uk (state 18).

I just sent a successful email to sales@textpad.com using gmail account. Appears to have no problems.

PMs are sent by clicking on the PM button at the bottom of the forum topic. It does not use your email client, does not use gmail, hotmail, yahoo, etc. It uses internal email utility provided by the forum software.

If sending an Email, then the email goes directly to the recipient using your email client, and has nothing to do with the TextPad forum at all. It is possible that the recipient's email address is not correct, but that is under the control of the recipient.

You can open memberlist and see "helios" and click on PM button there to send a PM to them.

Still not sure why my mail bounced though.
