Upgrade License prob with 5.2 on XP

I downloaded and bought 5.2 today.
I tried to enter the Upgrade license based on the instructions provided in the email containing the license.

I continually receive the License Details are not correct error message

Probably one for Helios to handle but just to confirm---you are entering everything from the begin to end license, end points inclusive?
