Texpar 5.0.2: ''Open with'' doesn not work

I had TextPad 4.7, and I've installed 5.0.2.

I windows explorer, if I right-click right on a file, select ''open with'' and browse to ''TextPad", then I see the following:

1) Windows pops up a message saying: "Windows cannot find ...Make sure you typed the name correctly etc.."

2) Texpad starts and the required file is loaded.

3) An extry for "TextPad" is not added to the "Open with" sub-menu.

I used to work with 4.7.

I am using XP SP3.
