INSTALLATION PROBLEMS

Hello,

I downloaded the last version 5.2. When I doubleclick on the file I get this error message: "an error occured while downloading the file /windowsinstaller-KB893803.exe".

Please advise

It sounds like you did not have the latest Windows installer on your system.

You may need to download and install the Installer files yourself, then do a reinstall of TextPad.
