page down and the cursor

I have just found / realised, that hitting page down moves the viewing window down my document. What I want it to do is move the cursor down one page ( however many lines are visible on-screen ), and move the viewing window so the new cursor position is on-screen.

I can't find any option to change the bahviour - can anyone tell me if the behaviour I want is available please?

Just turn off your scroll lock

thanks - as this keyboard doesn't have one - I'm at a loss to know how it ever got turned ON!!!

however - running osk allowed me to kill it
