Dictionary will not install

Hello

After following the directions for installing dictionaries I am unable to get the spell checker to work.

Every time I try to spell check OR select a dictionary under configure I get a box that says...

The files for the English (USA) dictionary have not been installed.

How do I get this to work? I have looked in the spelling folder and they are there.

ANy fix would be wonderful. Thank you
