I have users launching textpad as a published application on Citrix Presentation Server 4.0. When they open a file in textpad stored on the network (only access network files, none local), the keyboard is unresponsive. They can use the mouse to move the cursor around, but no keyboard operation. The workaround we've been using is to click on the Help button and then click somewhere else to close it. Then the keyboard starts responding inside the open file. I have tried the workarounds that I found in this forum (1. turn off realtime virus scanning 2. change What files are to do when mofified by another process to ignore). The application works fine when launched directly from the desktop of the Citrix server, but when launched as a published application the keyboard is unresponsive.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
